Marketing that moves mankind

The other day, I was sipping a delectable beverage from Starbucks (double short extra foamy latte) when I turned the cup around and read this quote:

Success in life is that your kids want to spend time with you once they've grown up.



I have to say, sadly, that this quote really hit home hard for me. It makes me unspeakably sad that I don't enjoy spending time with my parents. New resolution: force quality time. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?

Thanks, corporate America, for providing the impetus I needed to renew my relationship with my parents.
